There is a choice of four models: The TSRT6 and TSRT9 mixers have a fixed speed of 33rpm with an on / off switch. The TSRT6D and TSRT9D digital models have a variable speed range (5 to 60rpm) and a built-in digital timer which can either be set from 1 second to 90 minutes, or 1 minute to 9 hours for maximum versatility.Recommended for mixing blood samples, viscous substances and liquid-solid suspensions where minimum aeration is required. Units can be used in incubators up to 60°C and humidity up to 80%, or in cold rooms down to 4°C. The mixers are robustly constructed and designed for easy cleaning, having plastic rollers and a drip tray to collect accidental spillages. Most sizes of tubes, Bijoux, Universals and bottles can be accommodated. All Techne benchtop equipment is protected by BiocoteŽ, which uses active agent silver to provide effective anti-microbial protection.An accessory stacking system is available which comprises of four magnetized stack blocks that are designed to allow rollers to be stacked on top of one another, thus saving valuble bench space. Up to three rollers can be stacked in virtually any combination. No tools are required as magnets hold the rollers securely in position making the stacking system easy and quick to assemble and dismantle.
