* Any product may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping within 5 Days of delivery date. Should you need to return an item during this period, contact Customer Service to receive a “Return Merchandise Authorization” Number.
* No returns will be received or processed without a” RMA” number. If a product is received without the” RMA” number clearly marked on outside of package, the package will be returned to sender.
* Customer is responsible for packaging and return shipping cost on any returned item. Customer is responsible for any damage that may occur during return shipping. Insurance is highly recommended for any returned items.
* Authorized Return claims will be processed upon receipt of returned product. Inspection, verification of problem, scheduled repairs, replacement, and final disposition of product will be done in a timely matter. Processing and final disposition of Return claim may take up to 4 to 6 weeks based on product repairs and availability of replacement products.
